There are assorted function venues in the metro and many of these private function rooms differ in sizes, prices and amenities. In this short blog, you will have an idea on the rates or prices of some random hotel function rooms & restaurants. Most of these venues are located in Cebu City & the prices are base on their July 2016 rates. These prices are subject to change without prior notice so it is better if you contact the venues directly and talk to one of their staffs.

Metro Park Hotel – At a very affordable rate of P280 per person (minimum of 50pax), you can already hold your kiddie party at either the poolside area or the air-conditioned function room at the 4th floor of the hotel. You can already enjoy 4 courses, 1 noodle dish, 1 dessert, a softdrink and plain rice, plus there is no corkage for 1 Lechon and Cake. It is situated in an isolated area, near Salinas Drive in Lahug.

Sacred Heart Center – Strategically located in Jakosalem, Sacred Heart Center offers several function rooms that can cater to big and small groups. The price per person is the same in every room and there is a minimum number of persons if you want to avail a function room. The venue, use of electricity (lights and sounds) is free. The rate per person is at 330 or 350, which depends on the inclusions of the food package.

Golden Prince Hotel – Located in the busy highway near Ayala Center Cebu, which is very accessible to public vehicles, Golden Prince Hotel and Suites offers a function room at P550 per person only. They have large private function rooms at the 2nd floor of the hotel and they can subdivide the rooms to cater to smaller groups.

Mandarin Plaza Hotel – Priced at P500 to P700 per person, Mandarin Hotel offers a luxurious treat to your guests. Function rooms looks very classy because of the grand chandeliers and mirrors surrounding the place. The food of the hotel is very delicious and there is a spacious parking area in the basement of the building.

Pino Restaurant – Known as one of the most affordable Party Venues in Metro Cebu, Pino Restaurant offers and eat-all-you-can to walk-in guests but you can make one of their rooms into a private function if you book the minimum number of guests ahead of time. It is only P299 for Lunch Buffet & P399 for Dinner Buffet with Lechon. Unlimited Ice Tea is already included in the rates.

Montebello – Located at the back of Gaisano Country Mall, near the border or Mandaue City and Cebu, Montebello Garden Hotel offers a private function room for only P500, P550, P600 and P700 per person. This already includes the room, sound system and lights. You can choose to have an outdoor or indoor event.

Casino Español de Cebu – One of the most attractive and classic venues in Cebu City is Casino Español. Priced at only P448 per person, with a minimum purchase amount of P35,000, you can already get one of several function rooms for your guests. Members of the club will be accommodated first but those who are willing to avail of their function room will be on the waiting list and one random member will “sponsor” or allow you to use their function room if ever it is not full yet.

Bayfront Hotel – Located just across SM City Cebu, near the border of Mandaue City in North Reclamation Area, Bayfron Hotel offers their venue at P470 per person. The menu is on the Hotel’s official website. They have a huge parking area in the 2nd to 4th floors of the building and it is easily accessible to your guests.
